the 232 is a single barrel carb motor...far as that goes, I've got a 73 258 out of a gremmy and a 77 258 that's out of a 77 amx (hornet) that are both 1 bbl engines. i'me wondering if it would be worth swapping cranks with the 232 so I could get a scattershield….kinda like my feet
