That had to be qualifying. Everybody leaving together. I don't feel so bad now.
That was IHRA, very tough to slow my car down enough for that deal. 3 tenths slower Indexes than NHRA. Throttle stop on, and no timing. I finally quit trying to run IHRA. Won one in Texas, and the check bounced, half the contingencies never paid (not that many, anyway) gave up. Don't think I ever saw a dozen SS car anyway.
