I did finally receive a "canned" email regarding updating my password with a link to the site to change it. I updated my password (for the 3rd time) following all the new password guidelines and still no go. I wrote two additional emails to the
support@nhra.tv explaining my continued troubles and haven't heard a thing since. My guess is the support staff (Eastern European?) has gone home for the day. I'll probably have an inbox full of help in the morning...
