I know Aerospace Components, Strange and Mark Williams all do. There may be others as well that I'm not aware of but definitely those three.
I'll also say I'd put the dual caliper setup on the rear. I started with a single caliper. And when I put it on the 2 step it would move and inch or so. I tried all kinds of stuff with brake pressure to the front and rear. And could not get it to stop no matter how much pressure I could build. Put dual calipers on it. Problem solved.
