But didn't this problem originate last year when they retroactively gave the years old Fiats a new block and heads that can only be bought through DSR, a different blower and spacer, a cut out radiator support, and a set back engine?

Then the problem gets worse because the other 2 manufacturers brought out new cars, cars with changes to specifically compete with what was previously given to Fiat. The important difference being at least they have built new cars.

Now it is still worse, with rule changes every race, meant to accommodate the now non competitive Fiats that created this problem in the first place.

Seems things were much better 2 years ago when the cars were basically still stockers, not the outlaw cars they have now basically become.
