Been there dun that.
If the rears don't hold the fronts will not make much difference
1. Move pedal rod up to top hole.
2. Small master 7/8
3. F250 rear wheel cylinders
4 12X2 rear drums with NOS Ford linings.
I have the rear backing plates wheel cylinders and linings. They are yours if you come and get them.
