As per the NHRA rulebook ONLY OEM or Accepted Aftermarket crankshafts are legal..

Aftermarket crank must retain OEM configuration (i.e., knife edging, etc. prohibited).
Billet crankshafts prohibited, unless OEM equipped.
Lightening of crankshaft other than normal balance job prohibited

I also suggest that you get and read the NHRA rulebook and then you can make an informed decision on building a LEGAL NHRA Stock Eliminator engine or not
Bob, Where do I get this rule book?
I would like to have a copy of the special Mopar one.....lol
It's tuff when you see everything Chevy's can run compared to Mopars
