Re: Attention Nova 350/255 stock combo.
Hey James, see what happens when you start to stir the pot amongst these naive class racers. They go from one subject to the next and the next thing you know you've got a circus going. All you had to do was write down the numbers, total them and divide them by the amount of entries. It is a very simple solution. You might have varied a little bit with the ***hole comment, but I can understand you wanted to add a little flair to it.
Knowing what it is like to have your combo hit by someone else, several times, especially courtesy of NHRA's brilliant decision on the 302 Fords, I have a couple of scenarios for you.
Make more money so you can buy more expensive parts for your combo.
Work harder instead of reading my posts.
Cheat, sort of bend the rules.
Put a bigger motor in it and change classes.
Put a smaller motor in it and change classes.
Call Glendora and have them make the change.
Put a hit on the person who hit your combo.
Run IHRA.
Paint your car red and install NO2, they will never notice the bottle.
Get a calculator and resubmit the numbers, you may have been off originally.
Go on Class Racer and seek solace from friends.
Contact your congressman and demand that they work for you.
Don't do anything and see how long it takes to blow up.
Calm down and take it in stride, it is only racing.
Request an investigation into the validity of the Chrondek system.
These are just some random thoughts to get you through this terrible situation. And if you ever line up against this person at a race, draw attention to their motor while your crew member deflates one of their slicks in the lanes.
Good luck James with your dilemma, and know that we all love you.
