So, if you choose to run Super Stock with an odd ball combination and an aftermarket intake is not available for it, I guess your only "LEGAL" option is to have a custom sheet metal intake built to fit without any adapter or spacer plates. Also, whatever make combination you run, if there is an aftermarket intake made for your engine, you should use that intake. Period. Not adapt a Chevy to a Mopar, etc.
