Default Re: keep working on your stuff

As always, I'm curious.

So, are there some in Stock who know they'll never have the money to get their car more than .500 under, who are content to make the car cut good lights & run consistent ET's, in order to continue running in Stock, at races where all run ?

Are there those who have the same car they've had for a LONG time, which is a bad combination, therefore will never be really competitive in a heads-up run, but they wanna keep running that same car/combo ?

Are there some who do a not have a quick heads-up car, but it cuts good lights, runs consistent ET's, & is also used for bracket racing, when not entered in a class race ?

OR, do most other class racers look down their nose at all who use their car for bracket racing also ?

OR, is class racing made up of some of all these types of racers ?
