That wraps up 2015. Still several quick Pontiacs out there. Gotta be a good bracket racer, nowadays, to win Stock & SS races, because there are just not that many same class, heads-up races. Gotta cut consistently good lights & run consistent ET's. But, I don't have to tell you guys that.
I like to check out the RT's of the guys who consistently make it to the final rounds. Can't often win a round, with a slow light, unless the other guy really messes up. But, the dial-your-own deal is what keeps most guys racing Stock/SS/brackets. If the quickest car always won, only the very richest racers would win. They'd buy the best parts & hire the best people, to produce the quickest car. I reckin that's the basic difference between Stock/SS and the Pro classes. I've heard lots of guys say how much they don't like breakout racing. They seem to feel macho when they say they only do heads-up racing. Problem with that is that MOST of 'em don't have enuff money to build a winning heads-up car. Just thinkin out loud. Please forgive.
