In this case they even released the schedule a week earlier than normal so it’s obviously not weather related. Seems like they would make a statement if this is indeed the new norm. I’m sure we’re a raucous group for NHRA to deal with but if administrative and tech time associated with running class cars makes us simply too much to deal with I wish they’d just publish their long range plan for the class. Seems like the manufacturers would like to keep us around, after all you can’t rely on 64 FSS cars showing up to run for $1,000...or can you?
