It has now been announced that close to 700 people, employees and people directly involved with those from the Plant have tested positive. With the pits full of Late Models and Modified Dirt Cars and people in the stands. Makes me wonder how many of the remaining 3000 people, may have attended this event? Meanwhile the rest of the people in THE WORLD have been ordered to stay out of the public and indoors if possible. What makes all these people attending and participating at this event SO SPECIAL that they don't have to follow the orders that have been given to the rest of THE WORLD, Hot Lapping or not? MB

There are 8 states in the country that have little or no restrictions in place from there Governors. Both of the Dakota's being 2 of them. So probably not in violation. The whole world may have guidlines from The President, Dr Fauci, the W.H.O. , CDC or whoever but not necessarily law.
