In Illinois, the governor has dictated when things improve HE will allow gatherings of 50 or less people to begin again. For large crowds and festivals it will require a treatment or vaccine. That MAY or MAY NOT occur in our lifetimes. Will other states do anything different?

Conventions, festivals and large events are permitted, and all businesses, schools and places of recreation can open with new safety guidance and procedures in place reflecting the lessons learned during the COVID-19 pandemic."
