I have an all aluminum American Hauler, 24 foot. I tow with a 2019 Ram 1500 with the towing package. I've towed all over the midwest and south and it does fine (towed with a 2012 Ram 1500 before this). This trailer is 3264# curb weight empty and a 9990 GVRW rating. My current car weighs ~3300#. I hauled a '60 full size Plymouth before this (~3700#), plus tool chest, generator, etc.

The biggest problem I've had is the junk trailer tires. two years max if you're lucky. I'm in the process now of changing the 15" rims to 16" so I can run a LT (light truck) tire with the necessary load capacity.
