I have discussed that with Rob Park and he has promised me one via email when he is back in the office.
He was in Colorado at Darrel Zimmerman's funeral last week so I am going to expect that email this week sometime.
Travis Hilton told me he could not post it as it was NHRA's information and he was not authorized to release it.
A number of people have asked the same questions about the payouts.
In years past it seems like I remember the payouts being posted however, I am old and not sure my memory is correct.
Time will tell.
