The lo/rev sprag in a 200, is a wear item ( I don't want to say weak) It could be damaged in an event such as above.
Other than that, the direct clutch can also be an item to look at.Some builders like to run a bit lower line pressure than I do in mine. This is probably an item that should be discussed with your builder..
