Is #3147 GT/HA Matt Morris' entry the ex Randall Cavalier entry?

Don, the Cavalier is the ex Tom Randall car. I think it was a passed winner at St. Louis with Charlie Bohannon driving it for Irvin Johns. I am trying to remember, I believe this was the case.
