It's an old thread. But in light of the the Bruce Noland '69 T/A making it's debut this year, I thought it might be appropriate to answer that question.

Since Bruce has already turned some mid 10's, I'd say a Ram Air IV powered '69 T/A will indeed make a "good stocker".

John Schloe has also run some mid 10's with his D-port '69 Bird, even tho the '69 D-port is factored too high.
