Greg great post. I have not looked at the bylaw's for the Stock Holders. Can the individual Stock holders sell their shares off individually to non Stock holders. If so, this could be a way for those that want to liquidate some of their shares for cash not all so they would retain interest in NED. Myself and I'm sure many others would be interested in buying Stock in NED. Another way to purchase the property at above normal market price would be for a large number of people like the ones that signed the petition to form a corporation. If each one put in less than a thousand it would add up to a large sum of money. This might be a way for to save NED or other tracks owners that are looking to cash in. Just a thought. BP

Greg the State of NH has them listed as having 679 shares.
