I appreciate the thoughtful replies but you haven't dealt with the same UPS I've been trying to work with. We don't need a back and forth on what they SHOULD do, I'm here to tell ya that even after paying for a return label that was sent with the empty crank box provided UPS screwed this up 10 ways from Monday.

But it's over now. A local guy is going to take care of it for us. Thanks everyone.
