What class factor is required for a combo to be obsoleted from Stock Eliminator?

I understand that 7.50 is the factor for AA....but can the combo be any amount under 7.50 and still be allowed to run AA?

Or what is the lowest threshold class factor still allowed in stock? Is a 6.95 class factor allowed to run in AA still?
