My heartfelt sympathies to Steve's family. I digress in not knowing of this until one of my closest friends Gary Werling called and told me this very sad news earlier this evening. Now I am more thankful that I stopped by Steve and his car in the staging lanes at last falls TUCSON LODRS divisional. I was looking forward to racing with him either next week at my home tracks D7 doubleheader here in Phoenix, or in Vegas in April. I will always remember his '64 Hemi Savoy, and thank God for blessing me with his friendship!

Rest In Peace Steve, and may God bless his wife and family.
