Jeg's, Summit and the rest of the industry should be protected by the simple "Not for use on street vehicles or vehicles used on public highways" notice that has been used for years. Going after these companies for the sins of the end user is extortion and abuse, and is an underhanded attempt to destroy the car/truck hobby. Period.
Does Louisville Slugger get fined everytime someone uses their bat to clobber someone? Does Ford get fined when some nutjob drives his Explorer through a Christmas parade?
This is the same crap being fought - mostly successfully - by the firearms industry. It's a #### shame that this is being allowed to happen to any legit business, simply because it on the wrong side of political correctness.
