I mentioned the 48,000... they should be held to the same standard as the rest of us.
I referenced "The Art of The Deal", because it sounded like you sold some Real Estate. It`s what Trump does in New York City.
It was my attempt at sarcasm and irony (the 48K)
(I did think it was pretty funny)
I don`t inspect airframes. I work at Sikorsky Aircraft but prefer to leave it at that.
Unfortunately, these discussions have no real benefit.

Mike, I can relate more to “Cousin Eddie”.
I know you mentioned the 48K that should be held to the same standards as the rest of society, the rest of society hasn’t seen their buddies killed in combat, or returned to the combat zones 3 and 4 times over the last 20 years. Then come home to a system that can not or won’t help because of the lack of specialized doctors or facilities. PTSD is not like a cold you just don’t get over it. These young men and women come home and find the VA facilities are too far away or too crowded to provide assistance, so they self-medicate to keep the demons at bay. The families and spouses aren’t equipped to deal with these broken souls. Service members turn to the streets and seek out fellow service members that can relate and they feel safe or the turn to the last thing that can do to stop the demons in their heads….they take their lives. Every 20 minutes a Vet takes his life in this country. My 24 years in the Marine Corps doesn’t need a hollow “thank you for your service”, a statement that has become so generic to this society. You want to thank me for my service, contact your Congressman or get involved with your local Veteran services. This rant is not pointed at you but at all Americans.
Buying and selling real estate is all about timing, doing your homework on the “comps” in your neighborhood. Giving your home curb appeal. In the 5 homes that I have bought and sold over the years, I have never lost money. It helped that I took a real estate class years ago, didn’t get/want a license because that was not in my scope but knowledge was.
I have uber’d on a number of 53D and 53E with no bad experience. Only one incident was in a CH46, we crashed in the middle of Death Valley with a special weapon coming back from the National Test Site in Nevada. My son in law is a Flight Engineer on Chinooks.
