Default Re: Bowling Green follow up

David, I watched a LOT of racing over the last few days at BG ….I did notice that Brad and crew TRIED to stay on top of the track with the rosin and spray. There were quite a few cars that spun the tires. I have raced at that track for over 40 years and I have noticed that at times a car will drift after leaving the starting line to the centerline or wall. There is such a short distance from the water box to the starting line and it’s crucial to line up in the tracks. With that said, we were also dealing with bald spots so….I don’t know what the answer is. In the right lane Doug Duell spun SO hard in the former Jegs challenger that he fishtailed towards the centerline. The following day in the same lane, Jeremy Duncan left the starting line and came ever so close to tagging the wall. Jeremy is an EXCELLENT racer and I have watched that car for years and it has never done that before. My CLOSE friend Don Kennedy spun the tires at least twice but the Torque that that 428 Pontiac makes down low is unreal. I don’t think that you will find anything wrong with your car….
