Your union had you walk neighborhoods for them correct? Pushing their agenda for votes and backing blue. Even when it was totally wrong!
I too have a union pension but I never agreed with them. Yes I’ve been asked to leave many union meetings speaking my mind. City’s, Counties and States are in bad shape because unions pushed for retirements and medical they could not afford down the road! That’s why many went bankrupt ( on paper- hired firms to show them how to hide the money) to renegotiate union pensions and medical.IMHO Unions should be banned from having a political agenda. Totally by design.
And then there’s AB5! Talk about getting hosed!
