I'm feeling that Ausby may be right with the voltage issue.. it sounds like the stop is slowly releasing, causing the blades to start opening.. I'd consider an air stop.. your electric stop is telling you something..

Also, 4 seconds on the stop in a 3200 lb car seems to be a lot to me.. what's your mph on the stop, as compared to flat out??
