I am beginning to think Larry that it is becoming increasingly out
of our hands to really affect much of any change.

Many of our officials are wanting to do an effective job but
the top management is insulated from them I am afraid = and
perhaps a bit disinterested in the sportsman operation except
the bottom line.

I hope I am wrong about this!

The time I spend racing with my son is priceless to us.
