In regards to Forged or Hypereutectic it depends on the accepted part number. In one case I ordered a forged part number and the pistons arrived with the correct number etched into the tops, but were Hypereutectic. MB
Is there any way one can tell a Forged SP piston from a Hyperutectic one, short of a part number.?
Box says forged and I understand the Forged piston is not available any longer. These have been on the shelf for 2-3 years.
