If I wanted to run my car ( 67 Chevy II, stick car ) in GT, I see the 327 300hp GT factor is 289hp....how do I determine the lowest ( fastest ) GT class I can run ?
Who builds a good Holley for these ? I know Quick Fuel was making a carb for this combo.

JC go to classracerinfo.com and register, then dink around. You will see the GT class chart and then figure out what your car can weigh, if you can get it there!
Looks like theres two holley versions, 289 with lower compression and the L-79 @ 300 or you can be different and go for the 293 quadrajet/avs option.
Reach out to some of the racers that run the motor combo, I'm sure they might be able to point you to a carb source. Maybe even sell you their "non indy" carb so you can help keep that HP rating down.
