I really liked my Sparco single-layer stuff, but I replaced it with Pro1.

The Pro1 waistband is great. Snap closure and velcro adjustable sizing.

I can definitely see an argument against snaps on a firesuit but if you're in a situation where that's a problem, it's just one more of many problems.
