i have 2 sets of chevy Delphi lifters ,with the hardened face. Not tool steel but very hard,i am told. But with QLC on them you decide what cam you are going to use them on .
QLC "quartz like ceramic" is hard and slick. But you decide what to put them on. $750 per set
