Looks like Kansas is the big loser in this and Missouri has been handed a huge victory for their community, businesses and tax payers.

Have we figured out that the politicians don’t care about us, you or your community. Doesn’t affect them, they have theirs, and if they need more they approve a raise for themselves.
They should keep that track open so all the visitors will arrive and help the other business to remain open.
