Genius, as an "self appointed" expert on the Constitution, you should be well aware that the United States is a Constitution based representative Republic, and not a democracy, as the men who founded the Republic utterly despised democracy, renouncing it as "mob rule" and "invariably leading to national suicide", so we do not elect the president on the basis of popular vote. We use the Electoral College, so that fewer than five states do not elect the president, thereby disenfranchising millions of citizens, by denying the other 45 states their part in selecting the president.

in 2020 based on less than 75,000 votes, spread across less than 7 states.
