Good morning to all,
The biggest problem facing us today is getting good usable core and parts.
Those carbs were pretty good, but never received the support from Carter.
We used to get the "Track Packs" Chrysler and one of the Direct Connection books and go from there. One problem I found was during service they were exposed to high heat and the Center Sections would warp and even found a few fuel passages shut down. These were mostly street carbs , the racer carbs usually survived much better. I still feel that it was a good carb, but misunderstood by most ( including myself ). Now fast forwarding to today I'd tackel them again, but I'd probably need to molest one or two to see what parts will need to be made or repurposed.
Not trying to HiJack your thread, but the parts problem is universal at this time.
Have a Good Day.

Respectfully,
