The Fair Labor Standards Act (?FLSA?) does require that most agricultural workers receive at least the federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour.
I found this interesting. Additionally, it used to be that it cost another 50% of wage for benefits (workers comp, social security, insurance and retirement) no wonder strawberries are so expensive.
