The third race of the ACSSA 2024 season was even hotter than the day before with temperatures into the 90s, a DA varying from 2600-3300', and Water Grains at 110+. Despite this 9 racers qualified better than 1 second under, led again by Scott Underhill in his 1971 Pontiac T37 at -1.28 under his Index. 34 Stock and Super Stock cars took part in the two Qualifying sessions.
Louis Gill took his Super Stock Cavalier to the Winner's Circle and earned the Wally on this day with a string of solid passes including the best package of the day in the final round. Congratulations Louis!
