My advice is to contact the division office prior to the race. Thats what we did when setting the record in 2019. Then there are no surprises.

I was pitted next to someone last weekend with a bad fast car wanting to set a record and he was told it was not happening. It was cool to see the circled R on the windows, and someone wanting to set a record. It is not all that common to see anymore. I give credit to anyone that wants to set a record. Its a lot of work, and no recognition.
