Yeah, no. Having an individual, basically accountable to no one, have the power to arbitrarily just hand out HP, is absolutely absurd.


A properly formulated system, published openly, is the only way to do it fairly. If people work within the system, well, that's called playing within the rules.


If you're looking for a level playing field, where everyone is always equal, you ain't gonna find it.
