They LOOK to be "remanufactured" Q-Jet carburetors. If they are, then they are a legal replacement for an application where a Q-Jet of the same size is OE. They'll require extensive repair and internal part replacement, as the crap they put in them for parts is garbage. "Remanufactured" carburetors are full of cheap, non OE parts, most of which are barely suitable for scrap metal. They throw away the OE jets, metering rods, power piston springs, and other parts. They also often plug or drill passages.
