Default Re: Air shifters in stock?

I knew my comment about Bracket Stock would trigger negative responses.
Heads up runs, flat out are still fun to watch or be part of.
I’d probably use the E-shift if the controllers were still available
I owned this car from 2005 to 2007 and manually shifted it without any problem
Back then there was no 1/8 mile racing even locally at bracket events.
I never raced the car at anything but NHRA events or just a T&T
The air shifter I use was strictly for local 1/8 mile bracket events which now are what I can get to easily at NJ’s only remaining drag strip
Not for nuthin but I’ve raced Mid 7 second dragsters to 14 second Jr Stockers and all kinds of cars in between.
Stock and Super Stock included
I’m using anything that will help me win a round or a race that’s legal.
Raced on a blue collar budget for over 50 years and don’t think any of the things now accepted in Stock is ruining anything.
Stock hasn’t been anything like it once, was for years.
It’s still a good category to race in and I decided to end my racing where I started in 1966
Race what you like and when and where and how you like.
That’s what I’m doing
