i know the rulebook says clear windows & factory tinting only...but what if a car (my grand national) already has the windows lightly tinted ( lets say 25% or less
) just how strict are they on this rule, really don't wanna scrap the the stuff off, cuz the car is black & hot & it really helps, don't wanna be dq'd for over something so simple either....any input appreciated
