that is probably a slipper skirt that is very flexable so it stays quiet for granny while she's driving to the store... but any way, never used any of those stock pistons in a stocker so I still think your safe with .035 total. problem with the 305's is the ones that make power and don't go into valve float, will RPM 7400+. If that piston grows and flexes more than a tru racing piston it may hit the head hard enough to close up the top ring land or break the piston skirt at the oil ring groove
