There are lots of terms you can find things wrong with the literal meanings. This is the reason italics are used around the words with questionable meanings. Most of us use generally accepted words, and "bump" accurate or not in this town is the accepted terminology in my opinion. Not that I agree with all the literal definitions. Otherwise I would have left the italics off the term. For the Bill O'Reilly fans it a colloquialism.

Other Indiana technical terms are doofus, bitchin, bonehead, taint, and my favorite: cattywompus.

I guess if you say a class car is bitchin some people might take it negatively about a female dog in heat, but here it is one cool car!
