I am not a class racer, but rather a stock appearing racer so I have more latitude on what I can do internally and externally to the carb, but much less latitude on how I plumb my fuel system. In a nutshell, I have to run "through" the stock pump, and "through" that factory 3/8" line to the carb, but from the factory pump back its no holds barred.

I just think it would be a big help if someone made a larger needle and seat. Like a lot of other guys, I have fought a lean condition with this carb forever.

Also, I run a front inlet '73 800CFM Buick carb. Any pointers on how to make the 90 degree turn from the inlet to the needle and seat more efficient?

Great site and thanks for all of the ideas I have already picked up from all of you.
