Because the Moroso filler is a structural epoxy, not an aggregate. HardBlok is an aggregate, containing Silica, Limestone, and a few other components.

Embeco 885, is also aggregate that in addition of containing Silica and Limestone, it contains Portland Cement, Iron Oxide, Quartz and other components. It sets in 8 hours and it does not shrink. This stuff is used by NASA to hold beams for the launch pad for the Space Shuttle and also to make any post-launch repairs to the pad.
