Thanks for all of the leads. Appreciate your assistance.

I definitely have to limit myself to 40 ft. for weight and tow vehicle considerations. We are using a 2008 3/4 ton Silverado Duramax Diesel.

Cargo area we are looking at is 26-28 ft. for a SG Street Roadster. No all terrain vehicle but we use a scooter to get around the pits.
