My question to you racers; would you spend your hard earned dollars with a company that offers great customer service and a great product or spend your money with a company that offers so so or no customer service and a cheaper price, since the value of the dollar is so important these days?
I also would like to know what we,as racers and customers, can do to get these companys to pay the Contingency checks in a reasonable amount of time.We pay for the products immediately,so why can't they pay ASAP.
Your sponsor, whomever that is. has a great attitude towards buissiness, I am VERY picky where I do my buissiness. Every company should be like him, ESPECIALLY in this economy. Example, I purchase all my gas from a certain station in my neighborhood because this guy keeps his station the cleanest, has a great attitude, allways the same employees (never a new crack head) and more importantly he gives back to the township. He has for as long as I can remember, allways been a major sponsor for a lot of little league teams around here. Not that I have kids recieving benefits from that, but he goes the extra mile, and that man is going to get my buisseness. even if his gas is higher, I will always go there.

NHRA post a list of demands set by each sponsor for the racer to follow in order to be paid. Why is there no rule for the companies? If there is, where can we find it? I think they dont really care to much, for them it looks good to post the list, makes it seem like they have something more to offer. I think IHRA and NHRA should get the money up front and THEY should mail it to you with your winnings. If they dont pay up front, then they probably shouldnt be involved anyway.
Hats off to people like Jegs and your sponsor who get it to you ASAP. They will get my buisseness before the other guy will.
