looking for the best route to Norfolk Va from Chicago......

Need some help

Leaving Chicago tomorrow about 3:00pm, heading to Norfolk,Va.
to pickup a car for a friend.

I have a 03 Chevy 2500HD 6.0 Gas motor, Hauling a 28' trailer.
What is the best way to go....

Google maps shows 2 ways to go ..

I-80 through Pitts and heading south
or
I-65 to Indy and east to Dayton and then to 64.

Not worried about mountain driving and my truck has power.
Looking for the fastest way.
Open to any ideas.
